Jay Kimbel
CPS-AD
Jay Kimbel is a Certified Peer Specialist in Addictive Disease (CPS-AD). Originally from Greenville, South Carolina, Jay’s recovery journey brought him to Augusta in January of 2019. Jay has worked in various levels of care since while serving a wide demographic of individuals struggling with Substance Use Disorder. It is this work that lead Jay to see the need for a quality sober living program in the CSRA. Jay is very passionate about working with men who suffer from the disease of addiction, which comes from his own experience of battling addiction. It is through this lived experience that Jay is able to connect with men in early recovery in a way that is not only unique, but vital to our resident’s success. In his free time Jay enjoys spending time with his family, traveling and seeing live music. We are proud to have Jay on the team.
Jonathan Lytle
Jonathan is originally from South Bend, IN. He made his way to Augusta, Ga which he now calls home. After 20 years of active addiction which led him around the country and back to Augusta, he finally asked for help. After spending 13 months in sober living, he accepted a position working at a local recovery center where he spent the next 3 years learning about the different avenues of recovery. Through daily work with clients, case managers and treatment teams, Jonathan realized the necessity of a recovery home in the CSRA that could meet the individual needs of each client. His strong desire to help others find recovery is what led him to pursue a degree in social work and to dedicate his life to this work.
